Mr Nayak Having more than 18 years experience in the field of Mechanical , Electrical and contracts management. His major duty involves overall management, site co-ordination, financial & Commercial aspects of the group companies and day-to-day coordination with clients. He has actively participated as an internal auditor during OHSAS Certification of ESSAR Steel Ltd., Hazira & also a core team member in the internal auditors team for half yearly OHSAS audits (Plant A & Plant B of ESSAR).

He is having more than 22+ years of experience in the field of Operation Maintenance of Chemical plants and Steel plants. His major duty involves Safety, Site Mobilization & effective operation.

President & Head – HSE (Electrical Engineer, PGDIS and NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health & Safety and HSE Professional)

Mr. Mohanta is having a total of 37+ years industrial experience in Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India, Electrical Switch gear operation and maintenance (LT, HT, & EHT), Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL, implementing various Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in L&T Projects under Birla Copper, IPCL, GACL, GAIL, GSPL, LNG Shell Hazira and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (Formerly known as Essar Steel India Ltd).
